Mare Robotics is a brand of UAV-DEV GmbH. A data protection officer is not legally required and has not been appointed.
2. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits data to the server of our hosting provider. The following information is temporarily stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer).
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free delivery of the website and the security of our systems. The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless a security-related investigation requires longer retention.
Hosting provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. Details on data protection at IONOS: www.ionos.com/terms-gtc/privacy-policy/.
3. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under the German Commercial Code or Fiscal Code for business correspondence) apply.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties is made. No map services or videos from external platforms are embedded.
5. Links to external websites
Our website contains links to external websites, in particular to www.uav-dev.com and ceruleansonar.com. When you click a link you leave our website and the privacy policy of the respective operator applies. Data is only exchanged with these providers once you actively open the link.
6. Datasheet download
When you download the SensorBoat datasheet (PDF), only the server log data described in section 2 is generated. No registration is required.
7. Encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption (recognisable by "https://" and the lock symbol in the browser). Data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
